We are looking for someone with:
- Strong CS fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and systems programming
- A passion for coding, creating complex systems from scratch, and designing for scale
- The ability to solve challenging real-world problems
- Knowledge of large-scale distributed systems like No-SQL DBs, graph DBs, Hadoop/MapReduce
- Knowledge of machine learning for classification, pattern matching, and non-linear optimization
- Experience in user-facing systems for quasi-literate and undereducated
- Minimum 2 years of work experience (product companies and startup experience will be an advantage)
